KI in Green Bay is hiring a Textile Warehouse Specialist for 1st shift to support our Textile Team. The role focuses on pulling upholstery from warehouses, stocking materials, and updating inventory through the ERP system.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma, prior warehouse experience, and a proactive, team-based mindset. The job includes benefits and opportunities for growth within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to measure and handle materials accurately.

Responsibilities

• Pull upholstery from warehouse locations using report.
• Locate material in system and store in racking.
• Transfer product between locations using the computer.
• Receive Ingrade, Pallas, & KOM upholstery material to inventory locations.
• Update ERP system with material moves.
• Complete cycle counts monthly.
• Adjust inventory as needed.
• Communicate material shortages to buyer and cells.
• Manage excess upholstery material.
• Prepare materials from upholstery warehouse for shipment.

KI, a world class supplier of innovative and award-winning furniture solutions for business, educational, and healthcare environments, is seeking a full-time Textile Warehouse Specialist to join our Textile Team in our Green Bay manufacturing facility on our 1st shift. A $1.00/hour raise is also given within the first year of employment.

Job Duties:

• Pull upholstery from warehouse locations using report
• Locating material received into system and store in racking
• Transfer product from warehouse location to the end location using the computer
• Receive Ingrade, Pallas, & KOM upholstery material to inventory locations
• Update ERP system with material moves
• Complete cycle counts monthly
• Adjust inventory

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Physical Requirements:

• Working in areas where it can get warm
• Working in a smoke free environment

• Overtime during busy season
