Job summary

24 Seven Talent is seeking a Textile + Wallpaper Designer to join a collaborative design team responsible for trend-driven wallpaper and surface pattern collections. The role focuses on color, print, and repeat design, with close collaboration with production and design teams.

The ideal candidate has experience developing artwork for interiors or surface design, understands production requirements, and is passionate about creating beautiful, commercially successful prints and patterns.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of textile, surface, or print design experience.
• Strong understanding of repeat design, colorways, indexing, and production artwork.
• Experience creating production-ready files for manufacturing.
• Excellent eye for color, pattern, composition, and trend.

Responsibilities

• Create original wallpaper, textile, and surface pattern artwork from concept through production.
• Design seamless print repeats, engineered prints, and production-ready artwork.
• Develop seasonal color palettes and multiple colorway options.
• Create repeat layouts, color separations, and production files.
• Prepare artwork packages that meet production specifications and quality standards.
• Organize, maintain, and archive print libraries, artwork files, and design assets.
• Collaborate with Design, Product Development, and Production teams throughout the development process.
• Ensure artwork is accurate, organized, and ready for manufacturing.
