Job summary

Alsco Uniforms in Reno, NV, is seeking a Counter-Sorter to handle soiled textiles created by customers. You will open bags, sort by type, size and color, and transfer textiles to the appropriate departments.

The role requires careful counting, either manual or using electronics, and recording results in sorting systems. You will identify damaged textiles, comply with PPE and safety standards, and work as part of a team in a busy industrial laundry environment.

• Count textiles manually or electronically and transfer them into sorting systems.
• Identify damaged or abused textiles and record into sorting systems.
• Follow PPE policies and wear assigned PPE.
• Will function in a team environment.
