Job summary

Goodwill of Northern Illinois seeks a Retail Associate to support our textile donation center in Woodstock, IL. You will process textiles, sort items by quality, and tag merchandise for pricing while upholding safety and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to count, add, and subtract accurately.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Ability to follow all safety rules and guidelines.
• Must be able to operate a tagging gun.

Responsibilities

• Process textiles (clothing, linens, bedding, and textiles) and sort by quality.
• Identify high-value or unique items and assist with pricing as directed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety standards.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor and assist customers as needed.
• Wrap up workstation at the end of shift and report any hazards.
