Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Northwest North Carolina is seeking a Store Associate at our Mt Airy location to help sort, tag, and manage donations with attention to quality. You will work independently, stay organized, and meet daily production goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include clothing sorting, tagging, maintaining a clean work area, and potential cross-training in cash register operations, receiving, pricing, and stocking.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Production or similar experience preferred.
• Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Sort clothing by quality and inspect for defects.
• Hang and tag clothing quickly and accurately.
• Maintain a safe, neat work area and meet production goals.
• Cross-train in cash register, receiving, pricing, and stocking donations.
• Lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
