Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Northwest North Carolina seeks a dependable team member for our clothing intake and cashier flow. You will sort clothing, inspect for defects, hang and tag items, and help maintain a clean, efficient workspace in a fast-paced store environment.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or equivalent and preferably some production experience. The role may involve lifting up to 50 pounds and requires availability for most store hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: Production or similar experience preferred.
• Hours: Ability to work most store hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical: May lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Sorting clothing and inspecting for defects to meet quality standards.
• Hanging and tagging clothing while staying focused and efficient.
• Maintaining a safe, neat work environment and organization of the area.
• Cross-training possibilities in cash register, receiving, pricing and stocking donations.
