Job summary

You will supervise QA inspectors and Sample staff, drive continuous improvement, oversee audits, and collaborate with leadership to meet customer and vendor standards.

This full-time role requires 5–8 years in manufacturing QA, with a BA/BS preferred and AA required, plus strong Excel and auditing skills.

Qualifications

• Education: BA/BS in technical, engineering, or business preferred; AA required.
• Experience: 5–8 years in quality control/assurance management in automated manufacturing.
• Industry: Home textiles or similar high-volume manufacturing preferred.
• Technical: Proficient with textile QA equipment, MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for Quality Assurance and Sample departments.
• Supervise QA Inspectors and Sample staff; delegate daily routines.
• Oversee receiving, WIP, and Finished Goods inspection processes.
• Lead ISO 9001 compliance, control metrics, and continuous improvement.
• Manage product launches and ensure vendor compliance and client specs.
• Address non-conforming materials and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure safe work environment and strong employee relations.
