Job summary

gobravvo is seeking a Textile Machine Operator to support production by loading thread packages onto creels and preparing materials for manufacturing processes. You will operate pallet jacks and work in a physically demanding environment with a strong emphasis on accuracy and safety.

The role offers comprehensive training, opportunities for growth, and a supportive team focused on meeting daily production targets and maintaining quality standards. Basic training will be provided to new hires.

Qualifications

• Strong visual acuity and meticulous attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic are essential.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 25 lbs and climb small ladders.
• Willingness to operate a manual pallet jack or learn how to do so effectively.
• Team-oriented and able to communicate effectively with coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Load and position thread packages onto creels to maintain production flow.
• Lift thread packages weighing up to 25 lbs. regularly.
• Use manual pallet jacks to move materials throughout the production area.
• Climb small ladders safely to access and place packages on higher creels.
• Maintain an organized workspace and adhere to all safety and production guidelines.
• Perform basic production duties while developing expertise as a Textile Machine Operator.
• Demonstrate keen visual attention to detail throughout all stages of the production process.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and resolve issues efficiently.
