Job summary

ArcWear, a division of Kinectrics AES, is seeking a Lab Assistant to support textile and PPE testing. You will prepare and track samples, verify documentation, and help maintain a clean, organized lab environment.

The role offers paid training and opportunities to gain hands-on experience in a professional laboratory setting. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and attention to detail are required.
• Experience following written procedures and working in a professional environment is essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) is expected.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills and ability to work independently or on a team.
• Authorized to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, organize, track, and maintain textile and PPE samples prior to testing.
• Verify sample quantities and documentation before testing.
• Maintain an organized workflow and preparation area in the laboratory.
• Assist laboratory staff with special projects and research support activities as needed.
• Help keep laboratory tools, equipment, and workspaces clean and organized.
