Fenner Dunlop is hiring a Maintenance Technician for the Lavonia facility on the 2nd shift (3:00 PM–11:00 PM) or 3rd shift (11:00 PM–7:00 AM). This on-site, full-time role focuses on preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of production equipment and facilities.

You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, work with PLC-controlled equipment, and document all activities in the CMMS.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 2 years: Experience with a computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• 2 years: Experience working with Textile equipment (weaving, twisting, spinning, etc.).
• 5 years: Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance or 5+ years of proven experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Diagnose failures and perform safe, effective repairs to minimize downtime.
• Read manuals and diagrams; use hand and diagnostic tools safely.
• Document maintenance activities and parts used in CMMS.
• Support safety programs and participate in root-cause analysis.
