Job summary

Burlan Manufacturing in Gastonia, NC is seeking a maintenance technician for the 2nd shift (2pm–11pm) to safely troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on looms.

You will diagnose mechanical problems, interpret manuals, maintain clean work areas, and collaborate with a team while adhering to safety and productivity standards. A forklift operation capability is required.

Qualifications

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on looms.
• Detail-oriented with root cause analysis skills.
• Maintain housekeeping of work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by manager.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot medium to complex mechanical problems.
• Read and interpret operating and procedure manuals.
• Work with minimal supervision and with a team.
• Operate a forklift and handle lifting 25–50 pounds.
