Job summary

Confluent Medical Technologies in Warwick, RI is seeking a Manufacturing Technician III to join the Engineering team. You will work with Engineering to overcome textile obstacles and help develop new products, reviewing specifications and ensuring GMP and clean-room compliance.

The role requires hands-on setup of weaving and knitting looms, attention to detail, and the ability to train peers while maintaining quality standards across manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5–10 years of textile experience setting up and running looms.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on Technician able to set up equipment and troubleshoot loom issues.
• Analyze woven and knit textile structures for process improvement.
• Assist with training of peers and operators on best practices.
• Ensure GMP and clean-room documentation and procedures are followed.
• Perform inspections and measurements of textile materials.
• Support development projects and other duties as assigned.
