Job summary

Confluent Medical Technologies in Warwick, NY is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Technician to support biomedical textiles manufacturing. You will set up, maintain, and troubleshoot weaving and knitting equipment to meet customer specifications, while guiding process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in weaving/knitting manufacturing, strong English communication, and proficiency with Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Experience in weaving and/or knitting manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment to define and resolve issues.
• Operate and set up weaving and knitting machines to meet customer specifications.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
• Assist with installation qualifications (IQ) and modifications of equipment.
• Complete job travelers and in-process documentation.
• Ensure proper use and care of equipment, materials, and supplies.
• Prioritize daily work scheduling and maintain teamwork and communication.
