Job summary

The Brickle Group is seeking a Machine Operator I to join its production team. The role focuses on setting up, running, and changing over textile machines independently, ensuring safety and quality, with documentation of results.

Work hours are 6am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday, with a $20-$24 per hour wage. The position emphasizes teamwork, continuous improvement, and adherence to 5S standards and production timelines.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum manufacturing experience.
• Lean manufacturing experience preferred.
• Textile industry knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules including Lock-Out Tag-Out and use of PPE.
• Operate at least one textile machine independently.
• Set up, run, change-over and clean equipment.
• Document work clearly in shift logs and production systems.
• Maintain clean, organized work area following 5S standards.
