Job summary

Elevate Textiles in Whispering Pines, NC is seeking an Entry level Warehouse Inventory Specialist to handle shipping and receiving in the supervisor's absence.

You will direct forklift drivers, monitor safety, maintain yarn inventory with a computer program and greige inventory with the Porini system, operate trailers, and assist with plant physical inventory. This is a full-time role offering hands-on warehouse exposure and opportunities to learn inventory systems and logistics workflows.

Qualifications

• Entry level position in warehouse operations.
• Experience operating a forklift is preferred.
• Ability to manage yarn and greige inventory using specified systems.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced shipping/receiving environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all shipping and receiving functions in supervisor’s absence.
• Directs forklift drivers, monitors safety procedures.
• Maintains yarn inventory using computer program.
• Maintains greige inventory using Porini system.
• Drives forklift to perform job duties and switches trailers.
• Assist with plant physical inventory.
