Job summary

Standard Textile is seeking a Material Handler to support loading, unloading, scanning, picking, and storing product on-site in the United States. You will operate forklifts and related equipment to load and unload rolls of cloth and other goods, handle shipping/receiving paperwork, and maintain accurate inventory records.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance checks, documenting forms, and keeping the work area clean and safe.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous forklift operation experience.
• Good communication skills and ability to read/write English.
• Ability to bend, stoop, lift and carry at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, tuggers, and cherry pickers to load & unload rolls of cloth and other products.
• Perform all shipping and receiving functions and documents.
• Maintain inventory with priority in accurate scanning/tracking.
• Perform preventative maintenance checks as scheduled.
• Maintain required forms and records and keep a clean, safe workspace.
