Job summary

Alsco Uniforms in Farmington, NM is seeking a Feeder/Folder to sort, inspect, fold, and package clean textiles. You will follow written packing instructions and work with the production team to meet quality standards.

You will perform physical tasks including standing, reaching, and lifting up to 25 pounds in a production environment. Training on the Spindle productivity tracking system is provided.

Qualifications

• Recognize colors, sizes, and product types.
• Counting and sorting accuracy.
• Skill in inspecting and grading product quality.
• Understanding of written packing instructions and capability to follow verbal and written directions.

Responsibilities

• Sort, inspect, and grade textiles to meet quality standards.
• Fold, assemble, and package textiles by hand or feed items into ironing/ folding machines.
• Process textiles by product type and follow packing instructions for final prep.
• Place finished products onto conveyors or carts and move materials within the area.
• Record production activity by logging in and out of the Spindle system.
