Qualifications

• Adherence to standard retail practices and dress code.
• Familiarity with current clothing, shoe styles, furniture, toys, brand names, etc.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
• Ability to make quick and accurate decisions.
• Tactful communication with the public and co-workers.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Physical requirements including lifting up to 50 lbs and occasional manual handling.

Responsibilities

• Sort, price and tag donated textiles at a minimum rate of 80 pieces per hour, maintaining quality.
• Retrieve Textile Production Sheet at the start of each shift and submit it after.
• Transport carts containing items to be processed.
• Process donations promptly.
• Dispose of trash into designated receptacles as needed.
• Organize racks for efficient stocking.
