Job summary

Goodwill Industries Group is seeking a Store Associate in Niles, MI to receive, sort, price, tag, and stock donations, ensuring smooth flow from drive-thru to sales floor in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role reports to the Store/Production Manager and supports the Goodwill mission. The pay rates progress by performance, with training through Level 4; daily PPH tracking is required.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Flexible availability.
• Able to frequently bend, twist, push, pull, reach, crouch or stoop, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to utilize light industrial equipment (tagging gun, pallets, compactor).

Responsibilities

• Sort, price, and tag donated textiles at a minimum rate of 80 pieces per hour (PPH).
• Retrieve Textile Production Sheet at the beginning of each shift and turn it in afterward.
• Transport carts containing items to be processed.
• Process donations promptly.
• Dispose of trash into designated True Trash receptacles as needed.
• Organize racks for efficient stocking.
