Job summary

Goodwill Hammond store is seeking a Donation Processor to sort, price, tag, and stock donated textiles, ensuring a smooth flow from drive-thru to the sales floor. The role reports to the Store Manager and Production Manager who evaluate performance annually.

Essential duties include meeting 80 PPH, handling donations promptly, organizing racks, and maintaining Goodwill mission alignment and core values in daily operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sort, price, and tag donated textiles at a minimum rate of 80 pieces per hour (PPH).
• Retrieve Textile Production Sheet at the beginning of each shift.
• Transport carts containing items to be processed.
• Process donations promptly.
• Dispose of trash into designated receptacles as needed.
• Organize racks for efficient stocking.
