Job summary

Goodwill-Industries is seeking a Retail Donation Processor to sort, price, and tag donated textiles, ensuring the flow from drive-thru to sales floor remains efficient in a fast-paced store.

Earn hourly wages starting at $11 with progression to $17 for high performers based on 80–130+ PPH, with coaching and support offered to reach goals. Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Adherence to standard retail practices and dress code.
• Familiarity with current clothing, shoe styles, furniture, toys, brands and more.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
• Ability to make quick and accurate decisions.
• Tactful communication with the public and co-workers.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules.

Responsibilities

• Sort, price, and tag donated textiles at a minimum rate of 80 pieces per hour (PPH).
• Retrieve Textile Production Sheet at the beginning of each shift and turn it in upon completion.
• Transport carts containing items to be processed.
• Process donations promptly.
• Dispose of trash into designated True Trash receptacles as needed.
• Organize racks for efficient stocking.
• Daily recording of PPH for tracking purposes.
