Gwinnett County Public Schools is seeking a Distribution Processor in the Supply Services department. The role involves performing distribution and material handling across multiple sites, transporting textbooks, furniture, and supplies between schools and districts, and ensuring accurate inventory and documentation.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of warehouse or delivery experience, and valid driver’s licenses with CDL within 6 months.

Qualificações

• 1 year of warehouse or delivery experience
• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree or equivalent required
• Valid Georgia Class C Driver's License required
• Valid Georgia Class B Commercial Driver's License must be obtained within 6 months of hire date

Responsabilidades

• Distribute textbooks, teaching materials, tests, furniture, supplies, equipment, and food between schools and other locations.
• Load and unload items using appropriate material handling equipment.
• Ensure safe and efficient handling, ordering and staging of goods.
• Maintain inventory transactions and accuracy across systems.
• Inspect shipments for completeness and condition, document discrepancies, and notify supervisors when needed.
