Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will participate in live conversations with AI voice models, compare media pairs, and explain what’s off in writing. Your insights help improve AI systems while you work from home or while traveling.

Roles are paid per hour with weekly payments via ACH, PayPal, or AirTM, and include free access to leading LLMs. Applicants from multiple countries are welcome.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Great attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distortions, flicker, or misaligned audio and video.
• Write a clear, evidence-based explanation in English detailing what was observed.
