William Chris Vineyards in Texas Hill Country fosters a welcoming, high-end tasting room experience. You will be the face of the brand, sharing our vineyard philosophy and winegrowing approach while delivering attentive service to guests in a fast-paced, yet intimate setting.

This role emphasizes hospitality, brand storytelling, and selling wine club experiences, with duties including bar prep, events, and ensuring a safe, friendly environment.

Responsibilities

• Share our wine experience with guests by discussing our vineyards, winegrowing philosophy, and minimalistic & artistic approach to winemaking.
• Sell our wine and present our wine club and alternative experiences to all guests.
• Greet ALL guests upon arrival in a positive welcoming manner and always set a positive first impression.
• Maintain a healthy, safe, positive, welcoming work environment for one’s self and co-workers.
• Complete required daily duties to ensure the best guest experience, including bar prep, cleaning, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follow all company policies and procedures including dress code and employee handbook.
• Assist with events, tastings, and other duties as assigned.
