Job summary

William Chris Wine Company is seeking a Tasting Room Ambassador for the Main Street tasting room. You will be the face of the brand, sharing our Texas wines and winery philosophy while creating intimate guest experiences in a bustling town setting.

Responsibilities include selling wine, promoting the wine club, and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment. This role requires strong communication, flexibility, and a passion for guest service in a beautiful, on-site environment.

Responsibilities

• Share our wine experience with guests by discussing our vineyards and winemaking philosophy
• Adhere to all TABC requirements including avoiding overserving and underage
• Sell our wine and present our wine club and experiences to all guests
• Enhance guest experience by serving wine and food at events as necessary
• Maintain a healthy, safe, welcoming work environment
• Complete required daily duties (bar prep, cleaning, stocking, merchandising)
• Greet ALL guests upon arrival in a positive, welcoming manner
• Flow from fast-paced to intimate tasting experiences
• Present oneself professionally on and off premises
• Follow all William Chris Wine Company policies and procedures
• Focus on repetitive tasks like polishing glasses
• Take direction and feedback and stay on task
