Job summary

Felix Construction Company is expanding in Texas and seeking a Preconstruction Manager / Estimator to lead the preconstruction phase of CMAR and Design-Build water/wastewater projects in the Dallas area. Qualifications

• 8+ years in heavy civil or industrial construction with estimating/preconstruction focus
• Water/wastewater experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction efforts including SOQs and APDM pursuits
• Provide constructability and bidability reviews during design
• Develop risk registries, procurement plans, and preconstruction schedules
• Coordinate and track all preconstruction deliverables to ensure progress
• Build and maintain client/owner/engineer relationships during pursuit
• Lead detailed cost estimates for water/wastewater facilities and related infrastructure
• Maintain historical cost data to improve estimate accuracy
• Collaborate with project teams from preconstruction through execution
