Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve facility maintenance requests across multiple Texas locations.
• Prioritize service calls and travel schedules based on business needs and operational urgency.
• Perform routine building repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate with third‑party vendors and contractors for specialized repair services.
• Maintain clean, safe, and fully operational store environments.
• Communicate effectively with store leadership, District Managers, and internal teams.
• Document completed work and update maintenance requests through the company ticketing system.
