Job summary

Trexis Insurance seeks a Texas Territory Sales Manager to lead agency relationships and drive written premium volume across the assigned territory. The role requires strong sales discipline, insurance product knowledge, and the ability to travel up to 75% across the territory while working remotely.

The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree and several years of insurance marketing or sales experience, with excellent communication and organizational skills to achieve growth goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
• Three years insurance experience or a minimum of five years insurance marketing /sales experience.
• Additional actuarial, underwriting or claims experience is helpful but not required.
• Requires a thorough understanding of nonstandard auto insurance, product management and underwriting including a broad knowledge of the company and its activities and policies.
• Excellent organization and problem-solving skills.
• Prefer strong computer skills with a thorough understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, and ACT.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Candidate must be based in Texas - 75% travel throughout assigned territory
