T. Baker Smith (TBS) seeks a Texas Survey Regional Leader to guide and grow our Texas survey operations, including Houston/Stafford and Corpus Christi markets. This is a senior leadership role with accountability for people, client relationships, and geographic growth.

The successful candidate will be a Texas RPLS with extensive leadership experience, capable of balancing operations, quality, and profitability while expanding our Texas footprint.

Qualifications

• Texas RPLS certification required.
• Fifteen+ years of progressive Survey experience.
• Experience leading multiple teams, offices, practices, or operating groups.
• Proven success developing managers and professionals.
• Strong knowledge of the Texas Survey market and regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing project profitability, utilization, and resources.
• Proven ability to develop strategic-client relationships and drive growth.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Active involvement in professional organizations is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Texas survey offices, groups, and leaders.
• Develop growth strategy and expand Texas markets and capabilities.
• Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and budget with profitability.
• Promote QA/QC and professional standards of care.
• Recruit, mentor, and grow staff and leadership across Texas.
