Job summary

TEXAS SURGICAL CENTER is seeking a qualified POCU/PACU Registered Nurse to join our fast-paced ambulatory surgery center. The RN will provide perioperative patient care across pediatric to geriatric populations, following the nursing process and hospital policies.

Ideal candidates will have PACU/Pre-Op experience, Texas RN license, and current BLS, ACLS, and PALS. This role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and patient-family centered care in Orthopedics, ENT, Gynecology, and other

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Job Summary

The RN POCU/PACU is a Registered Nurse that provides quality patient care using the nursing process, the medical plan of care, and organizational policies. The RN POCU/PACU provides safe, effective, and quality patient-family centered care in the perioperative services for all patient populations. The RN POCU/PACU supports the mission, vision, and values of the organization. The RN POCU/PACU reports to the Manager of Peri-operative Services.

Experienced in supporting in the following specialties: Orthopedics, Total Joints, Robotics (DaVinci & ROSA), ENT, General, Gynecology, Pain Management, Podiatry.

Required Skills

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
