Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in building science or related field and 20 years of experience.
Master’s degree preferred for senior leadership.
Driver’s license may be required.
Professional certifications such as RDc, RBEC, BECxP, LEED AP or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop plan for organizational growth of roofing services in the Texas Division.
Lead roofing services growth and staff development.
Coordinate staffing plans, recruitment and onboarding to support workload and growth.
Lead safety practices and promote a safe work environment for roofing teams.
Manage large, complex projects and ensure delivery on time and within client requirements.
Develop BD plans and client relationships for Texas Division roofing services.
