Job summary

Terracon in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead facilities, environmental, or geotechnical engineering initiatives. You will ensure projects are safely completed on time, within scope and budget, coordinating with clients and vendors and reporting progress to the team and client.

You will define the project plan, manage resources and schedules, monitor performance, and drive continuous quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline; 10+ years related experience, or 14 years without degree.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of a large, complex project to meet scope, time, and budget.
• Define project scope, schedule and budget with client or NAM.
• Lead client and stakeholder interactions to align goals.
• Design and implement a project plan to complete the project.
• Lead safety efforts and ensure compliance with safety plan.
• Identify resources, prepare designs and work specs, and develop budgets.
• Monitor activities, allocate resources, and report status to client and team.
• Coordinate with APR and accounting for oversight and financials.
• Mentor project staff and resolve operational problems.
