M & M Roofing, Windows & Siding in Houston, TX is seeking a Roofing Production Manager to lead and optimize production operations from contract through final completion. You will coordinate crews, manage schedules, and ensure high quality and customer satisfaction across Texas service areas.

The ideal candidate has extensive roofing production experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with production software.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of residential/commercial roofing production or project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple roofing projects from contract to completion.
• Experience ordering materials and coordinating supplier deliveries.
• Experience scheduling subcontractors and crews.
• Experience reviewing roofing estimates, contracts, and scopes of work.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Production Department during growth.
• Manage roofing projects from signed contract through final completion.
• Schedule crews and subcontractors to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate production schedules to stay on time and within budget.
• Monitor progress and resolve scheduling conflicts.
