Job summary

Cloud Store, a remote-first sales team backed by Arrow AI, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue by handling inbound buyer inquiries, conducting high-volume outbound prospecting, and guiding deals from contact to funding and deposits.

The role offers a guaranteed base of 3,400 USD per month under the Greater Of plan, with uncapped commissions (40% on net revenue), plus medical/dental/vision, 401k, and unlimited PTO.

Qualifications

• Must have full-cycle or high-ticket inside sales experience.
• Ability to handle 20k–200k+ deals and objections.
• Comfort with high-volume CRM and dialing platform.
• Willing to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends.
• Proven track record in inbound/outbound sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound buyer inquiries and high-volume outbound prospecting.
• Guide clients through the complete deal cycle—from contact to funding and deposits.
• Maintain daily activity targets with outbound calls and follow-ups.
• Ensure fast response times to inbound leads and maintain CRM records.
