You will oversee the full case lifecycle from intake through trial, backed by a robust litigation infrastructure and mentorship culture, enabling strategic case development and advocacy across the state.

Qualifications

• J.D. and active Texas Bar license are required.
• 5+ jury trials preferred; plaintiff or defense experience ok.
• Experience building or leading litigation teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a team of 4–6 trial attorneys and support staff.
• Manage full case lifecycle: strategy, intake, negotiations, filing, discovery, depositions, and trial prep.
