You will understand client needs and place them with appropriate products and carriers, ensuring a positive client experience.

The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills and a deep knowledge of P&C policies, with the ability to work toward agency service goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

• P&C license in Texas preferred or willing to obtain within 90 days.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient with agency account management software and Excel.
• Strong time-management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Network and build relationships with potential clients.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable insurance policies.
• Complete all paperwork related to policies.
• Stay up to date with insurance products, compliance and regulations.
• Maintain records of policies sold and prospects.
• Address and resolve client inquiries promptly and professionally.
