Job summary

Thriveworks Counseling in Pflugerville, TX seeks licensed clinicians pursuing Texas licensure as LPCA. Must reside within 45 minutes of the office, ready for a probationary in-office period with a 50/50 hybrid model, and willing to provide at least 25 sessions weekly with 30 hours of availability.

Qualifications

• Approved by the board as a LPCA.
• Must be seeking independent licensure and living in Texas.
• Must reside within 45 minutes of the office location, hybrid work 50% in office/50% remote.
• Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program.
• Experience treating depression and anxiety in counseling settings.
• Experience conducting intakes and diagnosing under supervision (preferred).
• Available for a minimum of 25 sessions weekly, 30 hours of availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to clients.
• Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing.
• Utilize telehealth and EHR tools effectively.
• Collaborate with a clinical community and supervisors.
