Thriveworks Counseling is seeking Licensed Professional Counselors Associate (LPCA) pursuing Texas licensure in The Woodlands to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. The role emphasizes independent licensure, board approval, and proximity to the office for a 50/50 in-office and remote arrangement.

Compensation is up to $51,700 with benefits, and the company provides credentialing, billing, scheduling, and training support.

Qualifications

• Approved by the board as an LPCA.
• Must be seeking independent licensure in Texas.
• Must reside within 45 minutes of the office and work a hybrid schedule.
• Graduate of a 60-credit hour program.
• Experience treating depression/anxiety is required.
• Experience conducting intakes and DSM-5 diagnoses under supervision is preferred.
• Must be available for 25 sessions weekly with 30 hours of availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care via telehealth and in-person sessions.
• Conduct intakes and diagnose under supervision when applicable.
• Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing.
• Collaborate with the clinical team and support staff to coordinate care.
