Qualifications

• LPCA eligibility and pursuing Texas state licensure.
• Must reside within 45 minutes of the Midland office.
• Graduate from an approved 60-credit hour program.
• Experience with treating depression and anxiety preferred.
• Experience conducting intakes and diagnosing under supervision is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to clients.
• Deliver both telehealth and in-person counseling sessions.
• Manage a full caseload with supervision toward independent licensure.
