Job summary

RMWBH is seeking an Associate with 3+ years of practical litigation experience to join our Galleria office in Houston.

The Associate will support all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trials, with travel within Texas. Prior insurance defense experience and/or jury trial experience is a plus; strong organization and ability to manage a high-volume caseload are essential.

Qualifications

• JD required and Texas license preferred
• 3+ years of practical litigation experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and writing abilities

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of litigation including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trials
• Coordinate and manage a high-volume caseload
• Travel within Texas as required
• Collaborate in a teamwork-driven environment
