Thriveworks in Pflugerville, TX is hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care through a mix of telehealth and in-person sessions. Full-time roles include a ramp stipend for clinicians with 30+ hours per week.

We offer credentialing, billing, scheduling, and paid orientation, plus a robust benefits package. Flexible scheduling extends seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and living in Texas (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD)
• Available for minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability per week
• Care for a variety of clients including couples and children
• Comfortable with telehealth and EHR tools
