Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians in Austin, TX to provide compassionate, evidence-based care via telehealth and face-to-face sessions. As a clinician-led organization, we support a nationwide hybrid care model serving a large client base. We handle credentialing, billing, scheduling and marketing, with paid orientation and training.

You'll build a full caseload within 90 days, enjoy flexible scheduling seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in Texas (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD).
• Experience delivering telehealth care.
• Proficient with EHR systems and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth and in-person sessions to clients in Austin, TX.
• Maintain client confidentiality and ethical practice in all sessions.
• Document sessions in the EHR and coordinate with care teams.
• Aim to build a full caseload with flexibility in scheduling.
