Job summary

Thriveworks is hiring licensed clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions from Pflugerville, TX, supporting more than 175,000 clients nationwide. You’ll operate as an independently licensed clinician (Texas LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PhD) and deliver evidence-based care with flexible scheduling seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in Texas (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/PhD).
• Available for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of weekly availability.
• Behavioral health generalist open to couples and children.
• Committed to measurable client progress and using telehealth/EHR tools.
• Collaborative team member within a clinical community.

Responsibilities

• Provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Pflugerville, TX.
• Deliver evidence-based behavioral health care to clients.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EHR and coordinate with the team.
• Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing.
• Participate in ongoing supervision and team case consultations.
