Job summary

Deblin Health Concepts, part of the SUN Behavioral Health network, seeks licensed LCSW or LPC clinicians in Texas for a flexible 1099 contract serving Houston and surrounding areas. Provide services in-office, home-based, or via telehealth, with option to mix settings.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years' clinical experience, strong documentation habits, and cultural competence. Spanish-speaking skills and a valid Texas driver’s license are a plus for community-based services.

Qualifications

• Active Texas LCSW or LPC license required.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical behavioral health experience.
• Experience with children, adolescents, or adults in outpatient or home-based settings.
• Spanish-speaking skills preferred.
• Valid Texas driver’s license and transportation for community-based services.
• Proficient with EHRs, telehealth platforms, and standard software.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling to children, adolescents, and adults in various settings.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Complete ANSA/CANS assessments for care determinations.
• Maintain compliant clinical documentation per regulations.
• Collaborate with families, case managers, and other professionals.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Participate in case consultations and clinical supervision.
• Provide guidance to case managers when assigned.
• Adhere to licensure and organizational policies.
