Job summary

Electro-Matic, a SunSource company, seeks a Texas Market LED Sales Account Manager to drive growth for our Visual Solutions portfolio, including LED displays, digital signage, and lighting solutions across the Texas region.

You will build new business, manage key accounts, present solutions, and collaborate with manufacturing partners to meet revenue goals, travel within territory, and maintain a strong pipeline.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of outside sales experience in LED displays, digital signage, or lighting solutions.
• Proven ability to develop new business and grow existing accounts.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
• Identify and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and decision-makers.
• Prospect and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and events.
• Present and demonstrate LED display, lighting, and signage solutions to customers and prospects.
• Forecast sales activity and maintain accurate pipeline reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer solutions and prepare proposals.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory as needed.
