Job summary

Electro-Matic, a SunSource company, seeks a Texas Market LED Sales Account Manager to grow our Visual Solutions portfolio across digital billboards, LED displays, and lighting solutions in Texas. You will cultivate key customer relationships, develop regional strategies, and present technical lighting and signage solutions to prospects.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in outside sales for LED or signage products, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to travel within

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of outside sales experience in LED displays, digital signage, or lighting.
• Proven ability to develop new business and grow existing accounts.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
• Identify, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, partners, and decision-makers.
• Prospect and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, trade shows, market research, and outbound sales activity.
• Present and demonstrate LED display, lighting, and signage solutions to customers and prospects.
• Collaborate with manufacturing partners and internal teams to achieve joint sales goals and deliver customer solutions.
• Prepare proposals, pricing, quotations, and sales agreements.
• Forecast sales activity and maintain accurate pipeline reporting.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory; support inside sales and customer service as needed.
