Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in telecom, utilities, or civil field operations.
• Proven leadership managing multi-crew, multi-site operations.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering documentation.
• Strong command of Excel and cloud tools.
• OSHA-aware with a track record of enforcing safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations across multiple extraction fronts.
• Plan and schedule crews and equipment to hit production targets.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and municipalities.
• Produce accurate reports and track production metrics.
• Manage subcontractors and drive continuous improvement.
