The Recruiting Hive is assisting a Texas-licensed attorney in a civil litigation and creditors' rights practice. The role emphasizes courtroom appearances, with about four days per week in hearings across an assigned Texas territory.

You will be supported by an experienced legal and administrative team to focus on courtroom representation, case management, and settlements, while maintaining independence with team support and travel for court appearances.

Competenze

• Active license to practice law in Texas.
• Strong understanding of civil litigation procedures and courtroom practices.
• Ability to independently handle court appearances and manage multiple hearings.
• Demonstrated skills in case evaluation, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting matters in court.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, including managing a high-volume caseload.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal technology or case management systems.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with legal and administrative colleagues.
• Sound legal judgment, strong analytical abilities, and attention to detail.

• Willingness and ability to travel regularly within an assigned territory for court proceedings.

Mansioni

• Represent clients in hearings and legal proceedings across an assigned Texas territory, about four days per week in court.
• Independently handle courtroom appearances, present case information, and advocate in civil litigation and collection matters.
• Review and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other legal documents.
• Evaluate case details and determine strategies for litigation and resolution.
• Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and other parties.
• Oversee assigned cases and ensure progress through the litigation process.
• Collaborate with clients, internal staff, and opposing counsel regarding status and resolution.
• Maintain accurate case records, meet court deadlines, and ensure compliance with procedures.
