Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in Texas and in good standing.
• Strong civil litigation and creditors' rights background.
• Ability to independently handle hearings and court appearances.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with court presence.
• Proven case evaluation, negotiation, and dispute resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in court hearings and civil litigation in Texas territory.
• Independently handle courtroom appearances and advocate for clients.
• Review pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and documents.
• Evaluate case details and determine litigation strategy.
• Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and other parties.
• Oversee cases and ensure progress through litigation timelines.
• Collaborate with clients and staff on case status and resolution.
• Maintain accurate case records and meet court deadlines.
