The role requires JD from an accredited law school, Texas State Bar admission, and 4+ years of civil litigation experience in Texas, with strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Real estate/HOA exposure a plus.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admission to Texas State Bar is required.
• 4+ years Texas Civil Litigation experience.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience in litigating cases or law office preferred.
• Real Estate or HOA law is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and contracts.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations, ensuring their interests are effectively advocated.
• Manage a caseload with attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and participate in case strategy discussions.
• Maintain accurate records of case progress and client communications within the law office.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas.
